Preparation of Corn Pancakes

1. Put all the ingredients into a blender or food processor and mix until smooth. Grease a skillet or omelet pan.

  • 2- Drop the mixture, 2 tablespoons at a time, into the skillet and fry until lightly browned on both sides, turning once. Serve hot.
