Preparation of Chilies in Milk

1. Pour the milk into a saucepan, add the salt, bring to a boil and immediately remove from the heat. Allow to cool. Put the hot chilies, onion, garlic, and mint leaves in a glass jar and pour the milk over them. Let stand overnight.
