For Serves 4-6.

Preparation of Corn Pudding

1. In a bowl cream the butter. Add the grated fresh corn, the eggs one at a time, salt, sugar and milk.

2. Grease a ring mold and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Pour the corn mixture and bake in a moderate oven (350ยบ). When done, invert the pudding onto a platter and fill the center of the ring with whipped cream seasoned with salt and pepper.
