Preparation of Banana Fritters

1. Cut the bananas in slices, leaving the skin on. Soak for 2 hours in salted water. Drain. Thin and enlarge each slice by pressing between the palms.

2. Remove the skin and fry the banana slices in hot oil. Dust with sugar.
