1. Soak the rice for 15 minutes in hot water, then rinse in cold water and put to boil with the cinnamon in 2 cups water.
2. When the liquid has been absorbed, reduce the heat add the sugar and milk; cook until rice is done. Add egg yolks to the rice, boil up once, transfer to a serving dish and decorate with raisins.
