Ingredients for Shredded Meat

For Serves 6-8.
  • 2 lbs. beef flank, cut in pieces
  • 3 tomatoes, peeled and chopped
  • 2 onions, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon coriander, chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons oilSalt, pepper and cumin

Preparation of Shredded Meat

1. In the blender make a paste with the tomatoes, onions, coriander and garlic. Add oil and salt. Season the meat with this sauce and let marinade.

2. In a frying pan heat the oil and sauté the meat with the seasoning until browned. Allow to cool and shred finely. Reheat in the same frying pan and serve.
