1. Preheat oven to 400ยบ.
2. Sift flour with baking powder and salt. Add butter and chives. Add milk, stirring with a fork. Mix well until the dough is smooth and soft.
3. Roll dough 1 inch thick over a floured board. Cut with biscuit cutter. Place in a greased pan and brush with melted butter. Bake 12-15 minutes or until browned.
