1. In a large skillet sautÃ© in butter the leeks and mushrooms for 10 minutes. Add the flour and cook 2-3 minutes. Gradually add the broth, stirring and cook until thickened. Add the broccolis, reduce the heat and simmer 20 minutes. Add milk, cream and cheese; stir until smooth and cheese melts. Do not let mixture boil.
