Wine Pairing

Advice of Wine to combine

Suggest from Sommelier

This slow-cooked dish produces a blend of flavors that give the preparation a soft and well-rounded texture. Ask for a wine with a velvety texture, such as a reserve Merlot with a year or two of aging so that the oak adds sufficient flavor intensity to stand up to the protein in the dish.
