1. In a bowl beat the butter until soft, add yolks and beat.
2. Add cheese, ham and mustard. Beat the egg whites to stiff and add to the mixture of ham and cheese.
3. Grease a small pie dish and pour the mixture. Bake in a 350ยบ oven until golden, 30-35 minutes.
