Ingredients serves 6

  • 6 ears corn
  • 2 cups cream
  • 2 cups semi-soft cheese, grated
  • 3 tablespoons dried red chili pepper, finely chopped
  • Salt


1 Boil corn in a large pot of salted water until tender, about 5 minutes. Remove from water, drain and place over a serving plate.

2 While the corn is still hot, bathe it in cream and sprinkle with the cheese and dried chili pepper (more if desired). Serve inmediately.
