1. In a heavy saucepan melt the butter and sauté the meat. Add the onions, garlic, celery and chilies. Sauté until the vegetables are tender. Add the cheese, tomato paste, corn, tomato soup, mushrooms, noodles and olives. Mix well and season with salt and pepper. Pour in an oven dish and cook in a 350º oven for 1 hour.
