  • 3/4 cup clam, chopped
  • 1 cup clam juice
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 cup red pepper, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cups tomatoes, peeled, seeded and finely chopped
  • 1 cup fresh coriander, chopped

Preparation of Clam Cocktail

1. in a bowl put all ingredients and mix well; refrigerate.

2. This cocktail must be served very cold. Serve with green or red lettuce leaves in glass bowls.
