Ingredients for Sweet of Milk Custard

Ingredients for Serves 4-6.
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup sweet of milk or burned milk sauce (see Index)
  • 7 eggs
  • - Vanilla extract to taste
  • - Caramel to coat the mold

Preparation of Sweet of Milk Custard

1. Coat with caramel a crown mold.

2. In a saucepan heat the milk and before it boils add the sweet of milk. Stir to dissolve; set aside.

3. Ina bowl beat the eggs with the vanilla; add gradually the hot milk. Pour the mixture into the mold. Cook in a 375ยบ oven, in a hot water bath, until set. Let cool and unmold. Garnish with whipped cream.
