1. In a saucepan heat the oil and sauté onion and garlic. Add the ground pork and cook until well browned. Add the olives, raisins, walnuts, oregano, bouillon cube and wine; stir well.
2. Add the croutons and mix. This should make a fairly moist stuffing. If it seems too dry, add a little more wine or water. Taste and correct seasoning.
